Applied to the male fitting, it accommodates 1/4 in., 3/8 in., and 1/2 in. fittings, effectively isolating equipment from compressed air sources. Its practical design includes a center hole for permanent storage on an air hose and a side loop for hanging both the hose and the lockout device.
